What it does: Grading, site prep, clearing brush and small trees, moving material.
In a day: About 1/2–1 acre of brush clearing, or a driveway or pad graded.
Used for: Land clearing, skid steer work, contractor site prep

What it does: Moving material, spreading gravel and topsoil, cleanup.
In a day: Spreading gravel on a long driveway, or moving loads around a property.
Used for: Driveways, topsoil, cleanup after clearing
Bush hog (rotary cutter)
What it does: Mowing heavy brush, reclaiming pastures and fields.
In a day: About 1–2 acres of heavy brush, more on lighter growth.
Used for: Brush hogging, pasture mowing, fence lines
