Land clearing in all of Virginia
Brush, briars and small trees cleared for homesites, lots, trails and views. Done right, left clean.
What's included
Central Virginia land grows back fast. Poplar saplings, briars, autumn olive and honeysuckle can swallow a lot in a few seasons. We cut it back to usable ground with a skid steer and leave it tidy.

The machine we use

Skid steer
Our skid steer pushes over brush and small trees, pulls small stumps, and grades the ground once it's open. It is nimble on slopes and tight lots.
What fits in a day
About 1/2 to 1 acre of medium brush and small trees in a full day. Heavy, thick growth goes slower. We'll tell you up front.

Questions
Do you burn the brush?
No. We don't burn and we don't leave piles. Brush is worked down or neatly windrowed at the edge.
Can you clear big trees?
Large or hazardous trees are quoted per tree on site. We're straight with you about what our machines can handle safely.
Will you mark property lines?
We work to your survey stakes or flags. If you're not sure where the line is, get it flagged first.
